North American’s largest marine-based show

KALAMAZOO — Total Plastics Marine Division (booth No. 2218) will once again be exhibiting at the International BoatBuilders Exhibtion and Conference (IBEX) held in Louisville on Oct. 2-4.

IBEX has been a regular stop for our Marine Division as it brings together a large cross section of the marine industry including boatbuilders, repairers, dealers, retailers, distributors, suppliers and many more.

“IBEX has always been a vital event on our Marine Division’s calendar,” said Zack Loeprich, marketing manager. “First and foremost, it’s an opportunity to interact with both potential and current customers. That in itself is enough. However, we also get important face time with our suppliers, not to mention the opportunity it affords us to educate ourselves on the advances in the industry.”

Representing the division at the three-day event, held at the Kentucky Exposition Center, will be Marine Division manager Chris Brierly, Knoxville branch manager Josh McDaniel, and Tampa-based sales representative John Hofstra.

Total Plastics Marine Division offers a broad selection of water and weather resistant materials that are well suited for marine applications and is a master distributor of King StarBoard® products.

In addition to our King material, the Marine Division will be featuring two new products, Polycast® UV-SC SolarControl and NewWood™. SolarControl is a revolutionary new marine glazing material that blocks harmful UV rays and reduces cabin heat build up by as much as 50 percent when compared to other glazing material. NewWood is a composite wood panel material made from 100 percent recycled materials and demonstrates superior features when compared to plywood, particle board or plastic sheet.
